The project was executed under an engineering contract (design and execution) and includes the repair of the roof structure, facades, drainage, and ventilation systems of the administrative building of the Enterprise “Dam and Cascade,” part of the structure of the National Electric Company.
The renovation activities aim to ensure the normal operation of the building, the safety of employees, and the safety of pedestrians and vehicles passing by the building. The main activities were carried out using rope access methods by technicians certified by the International Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA).
The roof structure was dismantled, and a new one was built, directing surface water towards the drainage system;
