VECTOR CONSTRUCT Ltd. manages and executes projects for the construction of new and renovation of existing infrastructure facilities, regardless of their size and complexity:
- Bridges and overpasses;
- Underpasses and tunnels;
- Pedestrian walkways;
We have a highly qualified engineering, technical, and operational staff for the core construction activities. For the execution of specialized services, we hire specialized companies with proven experience and expertise.
We own our own equipment, machinery, and construction inventory. We use innovative technologies that ensure high quality and productivity in our work.
In 2016, we completed the first and only bridge over Tsarigradsko Shose in the capital, providing a connection to Sofia Tech Park, without interrupting traffic on the busiest boulevard in Bulgaria.
SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES
We implement projects for the construction and renovation of facilities in their entirety and full scope. The activities we carry out include:
- Foundation preparation, excavation and earthworks;
- Pile foundation and deep anchoring
- Construction of new and renovation of old reinforced concrete and metal structures;
- Implementation of fencing and warning systems;
- Installation of outdoor lighting and laying of communications;
- Architectural finishing works;
- Asphalting and marking.
Specific services
When reconstructing old facilities, we perform the following specialized activities:
- Replacing bearings under reinforced concrete beams by lifting them with jacks;
- Installation of prestressed reinforced concrete beams;
- Sandblasting of metal structures and compromised concrete sections with exposed reinforcement;
- Shotcrete of concrete columns, beams, crossbars, walls and abutments;
- Installation of carbon panels to reinforce the main structures;
- Renovation of compromised sections of structures in high and difficult-to-reach places using the rope access method;
- Machine painting of the equipment using the Alpine method.
