SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES
Through the projects we implement, we extend the lifespan of buildings, modernize their appearance, improve functionality, and enhance their energy efficiency. The activities we carry out include:

- Facade renovation with thermal insulation systems and new windows;

SPECIFIC SERVICES
SURVEY AND TECHNICAL PASSPORT
If you have decided to renovate your building, including taking advantage of the government’s Energy Efficiency Program, we can assist you by surveying the building and preparing its Technical Passport.
The Technical Passport is a document that includes the technical characteristics of a building, operating instructions, and reflects all the construction and installation work done since the building’s commissioning.
For newly built buildings, the Technical Passport is prepared during the construction process. For already built structures, the passport is created after surveying the building.
Without a Technical Passport, you cannot apply for grants under the Energy Efficiency Program. If you need this service, do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
WORKING PROJECT AND CONSTRUCTION PERMIT
- Project for the “Structural” part, including the survey of the main structure and measures for its reinforcement or strengthening;
- Project for the “Architectural” part, including changes in the purpose and functionality of the building or simply its architectural renewal;
- Project for all installation parts, including changes to the type of heating and its supply to the building;
- All other necessary project parts required for obtaining a Construction Permit;
- Obtaining a Construction Permit from the relevant municipality or institution;
BUDGET PREPARATION AND CONSULTING
If you entrust us with preparing a project for the reconstruction of your building, or if you already have one, we can provide a cost estimate, which will allow us to create a financial plan for your investment.
During the budgeting process, we will estimate all types and quantities of work involved in the project, including the market values of labor, materials, and machinery for their execution.
When preparing prices for different types of construction activities, we can advise you on various execution technologies, materials, and products reflecting different price ranges, allowing you to make an informed decision regarding execution based on your budget, without compromising the quality and sustainability of your investment.
Throughout the execution, we can strictly monitor and control the processes to ensure that the construction stays within the pre-agreed and approved financial plan.
