- We conduct a site inspection and take into account all specific conditions and circumstances related to the construction.
CONTRACT SIGNING
In our execution contract, we include all essential requirements from the investor regarding the execution, warranty, and post-warranty service of the project.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- We strictly adhere to the project documentation, technical specifications, drawings, details, and requirements for the products and materials used;
- We control all key processes in construction through our quality, health and safety, and environmental protection management system;
- We regularly monitor execution schedules, and at the slightest deviation, we take corrective and preventive actions to ensure the timely completion of the projects;
- We communicate and plan our actions with participants in the construction process (investor, designer, and construction supervision) to ensure the effective realization of the project.
