The object is a reconstruction of a newly built single-family residential building, through a change in the project during construction under Art. 154 of the ZUT. In architectural terms, the changes lead to a new distribution of space by providing a panoramic view and access to an external terrace on the south side and expanding the habitable areas of the floor.
Changes have been made to the main structure of the building by removing an earthquake-resistant washer and columns and replacing them with new metal and reinforced concrete beams and columns. Before construction, dismantling and demolition activities were carried out, and after reconstruction, the architectural finishing works were restored.
