The project is a luxury multi-family residential building, including a basement with parking spaces, ground floor, three standard floors and attics with a total developed built-up area of 2507.80 m². The investor is the Italian company S.P.D. through its Bulgarian company “Arpino” OOD.
In the implementation of the project, exceptionally high-quality materials and products were used, such as solid wooden windows and oak entrance doors, copper cladding, drainpipes and gutters, marble and granite flooring and cladding, wrought iron fences and railings, “WEBER” thermal insulation system, noise insulation between floors.
A large part of the apartments have separate outdoor courtyard terraces. A wastewater treatment plant and an irrigation system for watering the green areas and vegetation have been built.
The excavation works completed are 4,600 m3. The excavation is reinforced with 254 m of cast-in-place piles and IBO R 32 anchors;
