“VECTOR CONSTRUCT” EOOD adds value in the construction of one of the largest residential and business complexes in Bulgaria – “Garitage Park”, located on an area of 167,000 m2. The project is being implemented in stages and when fully completed includes 95,000 m2 of offices, 60,000 m2 of housing, 90,000 m2 of parkland with a lake, children’s and sports grounds, a primary school for 500 children, 4,500 parking spaces, a sports center with a swimming pool, a sports hall with a capacity of 1,700 people, a medical center, a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and more.
Construction of the structure of 10 row houses of group J 9 – 18, including:
- Formwork works – 2,483.45 m2;
- Reinforcement works – 58,656.30 kg.;
- Concrete works – 511.65 m3.
Architectural finishing works for the construction of a mixed-function administrative complex (Office Building 1), including:
- Construction of internal and external walls from Porotherm ceramic blocks with thicknesses of 120 and 250 mm;
- Construction of ceramic lintels and concrete belts;
- Construction of ventilation chimneys from double chimney bodies;
- Construction of communication openings on roofs from single-layer lattice bricks.
Construction of a substation, rough construction stage, including:
- Formwork works – 809.4 m2;
- Reinforcement works – 12,720 kg.;
- Concrete works – 1,858.1 m3.
Construction of a sprinkler and irrigation tank, including:
- Formwork construction – 1,431.42 m2;
- Installation of reinforcement – 50,513.00 kg;
- Concrete placement – 465,187 m3;
- Installation of water stop tape – 123.80 m.
Construction of retaining walls and fences on the north and west sides:
- Formwork construction – 2032.43 m2;
- Installation of reinforcement – 28,064.00 kg;
- Concrete pouring – 501.83.
Installation of gabions for forming terraces during the implementation of the vertical layout of the complex
- Installation of GABION CONTAINER with electro-welded mesh 76.2x76.2 mm, wire thickness 3.00 mm coating Zn+Alu) – 1163 pcs.
